We have a great responsibility for safety in our clients’ projects. The way we choose to produce these projects has a major impact on how safe they become. In today’s society, there is an increased threat level, a tougher criminal climate, and constant challenges in how risks of accidents can be prevented. At Byrå 52, we are committed to continuously improving our safety practices and preventing accidents in order to achieve safe operations. We shall comply with all applicable laws and requirements and serve as a role model in safety work by actively addressing safety issues in every client project.
It is therefore our responsibility to inspire and help our clients consider safety in every part of a project. By conducting clear safety analyses based on our documentation, we are able to identify and eliminate risks in assignments. In our governing document ‘Project Plan,’ there is an analysis template that the project manager must use for each assignment. The document ‘Safety Guide for Events (2021).pdf’ provides additional support for systematic safety work.
There are several methods for conducting a risk assessment, but they generally follow four phases:
- Risk Identification
- Risk Analysis
- Risk Evaluation
- Mitigation
These phases must always be reviewed before every unique assignment we deliver to our clients.
